AGS Signs (Enseignes AGS) ("we") operates enseignesags.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can require of us. It is written to comply with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.
In short: this site uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. We collect only what you voluntarily write in the contact form, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

Under Law 25, the person holding the highest authority at AGS Signs acts as Privacy Officer. You may reach them at info@enseignesags.com or 514-329-5757.
2. What we collect
Quote request form
When you complete our form, we collect:
- Your name (required) — so we can address you properly;
- Your email address (required) — to send you the quote;
- Your phone number (optional) — only if you prefer a call back;
- The service requested and your project description — to prepare a relevant estimate.
Nothing else is requested. We create no user accounts and process no online payments.
Technical data
Like any website, our host keeps connection logs containing your IP address, for security and service reliability. These logs are not used to profile you.
What we do not do
- This site places no cookies on your device;
- No audience analytics tool (Google Analytics or equivalent) is installed;
- No advertising tracking pixel (Meta, LinkedIn or other) is present;
- No automated decision-making or profiling is performed on your information.
3. Why we use it
Your information is used solely to:
- answer your request and prepare a quote;
- follow up on your project if you become a client;
- keep a record of our commercial exchanges.
We will never send you a newsletter or promotional message without your separate, explicit consent.
4. Who else has access
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Two technical providers are involved in running this site:
- Web3Forms — processes the contact form and relays it to us by email. What you type passes through this service;
- Net-Solution, a Quebec company based in Quebec City — hosts the site and keeps server logs.
The site's typefaces are hosted on our own server. Simply viewing a page therefore transmits your IP address to no third party.
If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by Meta under its own terms, outside Quebec. Nothing reaches Meta until you tap the button: phone, email and the form remain available and do not go through that service.
Our host is a Quebec company. Web3Forms may nonetheless process or store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. By submitting the form, you consent to this communication outside Quebec. If you would rather avoid it, email us directly at info@enseignesags.com or call us — no form is involved.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to assert our rights in a dispute.
5. How long we keep it
Quote requests that lead nowhere are kept for a maximum of three years, giving a postponed project time to materialize. Client files are kept as long as our accounting, tax and warranty obligations require, then securely destroyed.
6. Your rights
Quebec law gives you the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you;
- Correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
- Withdraw your consent and request deletion, subject to our legal retention obligations;
- Receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability);
- File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if our answer does not satisfy you.
Write to info@enseignesags.com: we respond within 30 days at most.
7. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS, which encrypts what you send us. Requests we receive are stored in password-protected mailboxes, accessible only to the people who need them to handle your file.
In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the individuals concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
8. Changes
This policy may change if our tools or practices change. The update date at the top of this page indicates the version in force.
