1. Purpose of the site
This site presents the services of AGS Signs (Enseignes AGS): graphic design, commercial signage, large format printing, vehicle wraps, interior design and custom packaging. It exists to inform and to put you in touch with us. No order can be placed directly online.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices and timelines shown on this site are indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer. They vary with dimensions, materials, lighting type, installation constraints and the regulatory requirements specific to each project.
Only a written quote, dated and signed by AGS Signs, binds the company. Submitting the contact form creates no contract and reserves no production capacity.
3. Permits and regulatory compliance
We assist our clients with signage permit applications to boroughs and municipalities. This assistance is an obligation of means, not of result: the decision to grant or refuse a permit rests exclusively with the competent municipal authority.
4. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, illustrations, video, layouts and graphic elements of this site are the property of AGS Signs or are used with permission. Any reproduction, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Project photographs show signs designed and manufactured by AGS Signs for its clients. The trademarks, logos and trade names appearing in them remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are shown to illustrate work performed. Their presence implies no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement beyond the mandate carried out.

5. Accuracy of information
We maintain this site with care, but we do not warrant that its content is free of errors or omissions, nor that it reflects at all times the most recent state of municipal regulations, which change independently of us. Our blog articles are general information and do not replace professional advice tailored to your situation.
